Ahh fish tacos. Fun fact about me: If I go out to eat and see them on the menu, there’s a good chance I’m ordering them. They are my favorite. There have been some versions better than others, but overall, I’ve never met one that I didn’t like.
Like many other favorite meals, after a while I just have to try to make it at home. I’m no stranger to cooking fish . . . we eat salmon at least once a week. I’m also not afraid of the alleged stink that comes along with cooking it in your home. I can assure you that with this dish, the only thing you’ll be smelling is the delicious scent of this smoky spicy fish cooking in the oven.
